Personal injury cases involve damages you've received because of someone else's actions. That's pretty broad! Missourians can be compensated for injuries resulting from accidents, unsafe property, reckless behavior, violence, illegal detentions, emotional distress, car crashes, dog bites, fights, you name it.

Sometimes personal injuries are parts of other types of cases too, especially the civil rights cases we see. You don't need to bring two lawsuits. Instead, all of the claims you have against someone who harmed you are combined into one case.

Many personal injury cases involve insurance companies. Having an attorney on your side can make navigating that process much easier.

You don't have to go it alone when you've been hurt.
