ANAT GROSS
Managing Partner
Anat was trained as a data scientist before becoming an attorney. She has represented injured workers, plaintiffs in civil rights cases, and defendants facing criminal charges.

Anat has mediated many cases through the St. Louis Mediation Project, a nonprofit organization providing free mediations for renters and landlords to help the parties avoid evictions. She managed one of the larger mediation interventions in St. Louis during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, helping hundreds of families resolve their conflicts without the need for eviction proceedings. She also manages the organization's data analysis to improve services.

As a biostatistician, Anat worked on projects studying the environmental epidemiology of Parkinson’s Disease at Washington University School of Medicine. She regularly uses her data analytics skills on complex cases.

Anat has helped prepare appellate brief drafts and oral argument at Missouri's Supreme Court.

Anat graduated from St. Louis University School of Law with a special concentration in health law. She graduated with a Master's degree in biostatistics from Washington University School of Medicine. Her mathematics undergraduate degree is also from Washington University in St. Louis. And, since she lived in the same house as Elad growing up, she is also a former football playing Clayton Greyhound.

Anat coaches Washington University's Women's Ultimate Frisbee Team. She lives in St. Louis with her dogs Randy and Murphy.
