These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

The information contained in this website is provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal information, advice, or representation.

Attorney-Client Privilege

Information from this website does not create an attorney-client relationship between us, nor is it intended to do so. The transmission of the website, in part or in whole, and/or any communication with us via email through this site or otherwise does not constitute or create an attorney-client relationship. Any information sent to MO Rights by email or through the website may not be secure and is done so on a non-confidential basis.
Do not provide us with any information, via email, voice mail, or otherwise, specifically about your matter until and unless an attorney-client relationship is established and we have agreed to an appropriate means of communications. If you do provide information about a specific matter, you are advised that that information shall not bar us from representing any other client and you consent to our use of that information pursuant to the representation of other clients.

Your use of our Site is at your sole risk. Except as otherwise provided in a writing by us, our Site and any content therein are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Privacy

Severability
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Confidential Information

If you are not a client pursuant to a written engagement letter, do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

If you submit information to us by email or otherwise through one of our websites in connection with a matter for which we do not presently represent you, you acknowledge that it will not be considered to be confidential and consent to our sharing it with other law firms to determine whether we will agree to represent you. We cannot represent you until we know that doing so will not create a conflict-of-interest. Accordingly, please do not send us any information about any matter that may involve you or the matter until you and we enter into an engagement letter or other written agreement stating that we agree to represent you. You recognize that any information that you submit and our review of your information will not preclude any lawyer at MO Rights from representing a party directly adverse to you, in any matter where that information is relevant, even if that information is highly confidential and could be used against you and even if it is transmitted in a good faith effort to retain us. We reserve the right to decline any representation, and may be required to decline representation if it would create a conflict of interest with our other clients.
Governing Law and Venue
Any dispute arising from these Terms and your use of the Site will be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Missouri, except to the extent preempted by U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles (whether of Missouri or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Any dispute between the parties will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Missouri and the United States, respectively, sitting in Missouri.

Miscellaneous
The failure of MO Rights to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Except as otherwise provided herein, these Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties and are not intended to confer third-party beneficiary rights upon any other person or entity.
